Business Post Group Plc, the UK's leading independent integrated postal group, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 12.30pm on the 10th July, all the resolutions proposed were duly passed by the shareholders.

Copies of resolutions 8-12, being special resolutions, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
