How do I contact UK Pallets?

Find your local Member Depot by clicking the button marked ‘Depot Locator’ on our Homepage.
This will open a page showing a map of the UK and there is a box for you to enter your postcode – type it in and the contact details for your local depot will be displayed.

How do I get a quotation?

What is the definition of a pallet?

Do UK Pallets deliver Nationwide?

Yes. Through its National Network, UK Pallets provides total *UK coverage for the time definite delivery of palletised consignments.  (*includes Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and offshore Islands).

Do UK Pallets offer an International delivery service?

UK Pallets offers daily and scheduled departures throughout mainland Europe, with part load, full load and groupage services available.  We also provide a range of worldwide service solutions.  For more information about these services call 01543 267500.

How do I package my pallet to ensure it arrives safely?

Prior to reaching its final destination freight will be handled on a number of occasions. Therefore all freight must be presented for collection shrink wrapped and/ or banded securely to the pallet base.

How do I book my pallet collection?

Your local UK Pallets Member Depot will advise you on how book your collection.

What is UK Pallets policy on dangerous goods?

Can I track the status of my pallet?

Yes.  UK Pallets On-Line is our control and information system, which means that data on the status of every consignment in the care of UK Pallets is passed between all parts of the network in real time.

This allows fast, accurate answers to a query on any consignment, from collection right through to delivery.

Up to the minute proof of delivery information is available online and signed Proof Of Delivery documents can be viewed and printed.

What is the procedure for making a claim?

What value is my pallet insured for?

The Insurance cover provided by UK Pallets is subject to RHA Conditions of Carriage and has an increased financial liability of £5,000 per tonne or CMR Conditions of Carriage, where applicable.  A summary of the insurance cover is available upon request by contacting  the UK Pallets Customer Service team on 01543 267500.
