Why should your haulier company become a member of our network?
UK Pallets, unlike some of our competitors, has managed to not only maintain our position, but we have continued to grow our pallet volumes in addition to increasing the number of members in our network. We deliver more than 5500 pallets a night and boast a membership of 82 first class delivery companies who consistently deliver performance levels of over 99%.
We aim to be ‘The Network of Choice’ for both Members and customers. Our business is about delighting our customers by providing a quality and reliable service at a competitive price.
Our customer base ranges from small businesses to major multiples, many of which have been with us for years and all who are delighted with the quality of service levels our network provides. Some of our Members have suffered as a consequence of their own customers going out of business, but at UK Pallets, if this happens we service this part of the country with our own fleet until a replacement is taken on board. So our customers will never receive a drop in service levels.
So what makes us different?
Unlike other networks, we are unique in that our central hub is also part of our network. Also UK Pallets does not believe in “joining fees” for Members or that business’s need to become a “Shareholder” of the network to be part of it. What we do believe in is that all members need to share one thing in common and that’s total commitment to service quality and improvements.
At UK Pallets, Members are contractually bound to the network and all have signed up to their commitments in terms of quality service provision with one of this country's leading pallet networks.
